The Scoville heat rating on Fresno Peppers is about the same as jalepenos. Fermenting mellows the heat just a bit, but they’re still hot enough for most everyone.
Be sure to save and use the brine, as well. It’s loaded with beneficial probiotics, and can be spooned over veggies like you’d use peppersauce for a little extra kick.
